When your tracking information is received, and your order is shipped, we will email you that your order is in transit, along with tracking information. We will also send you several shipment updates along the way.
The easiest way to track your shipment is through the link in one of the emails that we send you. Otherwise, please visit our shipment tracking page and enter in your tracking number, which is also provided in the shipment update emails. It can take several days for items to be shipped and tracking information to be received and transmitted, however if has been more than 7 days and you still have not received your tracking information, please check your spam folder. Please be aware that your items may arrive in several packages. You will receive tracking information for each package separately.
